Lisa Pan graduated from Ursinus College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2016.
Lisa has enjoyed working with the vestibular and chronic dizziness population. She also has experience working in a variety of outpatient and inpatient settings including patients who have suffered from traumatic brain injury, concussions, and stroke.
Lisa has been trained in the field of Women’s Health through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is proficient at treating urinary incontinence, bowel incontinence, constipation, dyspareunia (pain with sexual intercourse), and pelvic pain in both men and women.
Recently, Lisa has taken a special interest and received training in treating post-pregnant females with pelvic floor dysfunction, complications following Caesarian delivery, diastasis rectus abdominis (DRA) assessment, urinary incontinence, and dyspareunia.
Lisa is also proficient treating orthopedic conditions including lumbo-pelvic and sacroiliac joint related pain, TMJ and TMD disorders, shoulder and cervical spine, and lower extremity injuries using Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Mulligan techniques.
Lisa enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and spending time trying new restaurants in the DC and Northern Virginia area.
