At Back in Motion Physical Therapy you will receive a full hour of high quality “One- on- One” care from our experienced, caring and licensed therapists. Our innovative treatments combine areas of manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular reeducation, therapeutic exercise and specific functional activities directly related to effectively achieving your goals. We treat patients of all ages with new or chronic conditions. As we partner with you along your road to recovery, we strive to meet and exceed your personal functional or performance goals.

If your insurance company is not listed below, please call your insurance company (their phone # listed on the back of your insurance card) to check if we are a newly participating provider. Since insurance companies frequently merge with each other or have a change of name, we are frequently added to many insurance companies lists and the list is not always up to date. If we are not a participating provider inquire about what your benefits would be on an out of network basis.
