Erica Palmer, PT, DPT

Erica Palmer, originally from New Orleans, earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia and her Master of Science in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Temple University in Philadelphia. Following graduation from Marymount University, she was the recipient of the Student Clinical Excellence Award for exceptional clinical practice amongst the students of her graduating class.

Prior to becoming a physical therapist, Erica was a clinical exercise physiologist at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, working with a variety of clinical populations. Additionally, she was a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and yoga teacher for over ten years before pursuing advanced degrees in physical medicine.

Erica provides patient-centered care with a holistic approach to physical therapy treatment. She enjoys working with a variety of populations including orthopedics, geriatrics, and women’s health.

She spends her time away from the clinic with her husband and daughter and can often be found dancing around the kitchen while cooking Cajun and Creole food!
