She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Virginia Tech in 1991 and went on to complete her Master's degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 1997.

Certified in direct access, Christine is qualified to evaluate and treat patients without a physician referral, allowing for more timely and efficient care. In 1998, she received her lymphedema certification (CLT-LANA) from the Lymphology Association of North America and has since pursued extensive advanced training in several areas of clinical specialization.

Her expertise includes the treatment of spinal, vestibular, and orthopedic disorders, as well as osteoporosis management using the Meeks Method. She is highly skilled in a range of manual therapy techniques, including muscle energy, myofascial release, strain counter-strain, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and joint mobilization. Her training includes methodologies developed by Barnes, McKenzie, Maitland, and Mulligan.

While the majority of her career has been in outpatient orthopedic care, she also has valuable experience in acute care, ICU, cardiac, and skilled nursing settings. Throughout her career, she has maintained a strong focus on holistic, individualized care that prioritizes functional recovery and long-term wellness.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys cooking, weight training, and exploring the connection between nutrition and overall health-interests that complement her professional passion for helping others lead healthier, more active lives.
