At Back in Motion Physical Therapy, our Sports Performance Program is designed to elevate your athletic potential and optimize your performance through customized training and rehabilitation strategies. Led by our team of specialized physical therapists—who are also former Division 1 athletes with extensive experience working with professional-level competitors—we understand the intricacies of athletic performance. By developing personalized programs tailored to each athlete's specific needs and goals, we ensure that you receive the most effective guidance and support on your path to success.

Who should attend Sports Performance?

Our program is inclusive, catering to athletes at all levels. Whether you're a youth athlete just starting your journey, a high school competitor looking to gain an edge, a college player striving for peak performance, or a professional athlete aiming for excellence, we have the resources to help you achieve your goals. Additionally, we welcome weekend warriors and fitness enthusiasts who want to enhance their physical condition and overall performance. Each training session is designed to meet you where you are and propel you forward, no matter your starting point.

The Best Ability is Availability!

As licensed physical therapists, we specialize in injury prevention to keep you in the game and performing at your best. Our focus on biomechanics and functional strength training helps identify and address potential vulnerabilities in your movement patterns, reducing the risk of injury. By integrating comprehensive assessments and targeted prevention strategies into our training programs, we empower athletes to maintain their health and longevity in their respective sports.

What else is included in Sports Performance?

A key component of our Sports Performance Program is our free performance-based dry needling treatment. This advanced therapy method aids in muscle recovery, alleviates pain, and enhances overall performance by targeting myofascial trigger points. In addition to dry needling, we utilize various other modalities, including vibration therapy, Graston technique, cupping, and other sports-focused therapies. These treatments work in conjunction to optimize recovery and performance, allowing you to train at your best.
