Dale DePue

After a childhood of competitive sports and incurring injuries along the way, Dale realized a career in health and fitness was the path for her so she could help others return to what they love to do, whether sports or living their best life. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University, Master's in Business Administration in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University.

Early in her career, she treated all ages recovering from neurological impairments, surgery, overuse, or acute injuries. After various life experiences, she recognized working with clients before their injuries was also extremely rewarding and supported her PT practice, so she trained on all types of Pilates equipment and earned a certification from Stott Pilates. Additionally, she became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and TRX and RIP trainer instructor to train individuals and group fitness classes. Her extensive training and experiences give her tools and perspective to help heal the entire body.

Originally from Connecticut, Dale has lived all over the US and Okinawa, Japan with her husband, two sons and their rescue pup. She recently relocated to Fairfax and was thrilled to join the Back in Motion team and spend quality time with patients.

Dale thrives on analyzing clients' strengths and limitations to then create an optimal and comprehensive plan helping them achieve their goals.
