Margaux Craig

Margaux Craig, MSPT, DPT graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Sports Science and received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2003. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University. She has been a participant and instructor in Pilates since 2005 and received her certification through Balanced Body University for mat and reformer training.

Along with Pilates, Margaux has interests in restoring movement dysfunction through muscle energy techniques (MET), craniosacral therapy (CST), visceral manipulation (VM), therapeutic taping, myofascial release, trigger point dry needling (TDN) along with many other manual practices.

Margaux has been treating pelvic floor dysfunction in the Women’s Health population for the past 5 years and has completed course work through the Herman and Wallace Institute. In addition to Women ‘s Health, Margaux has a special interest in treating migraines and headache pain in which she uses CST, TDN and other techniques to improve symptoms and restore function.
