Lynn George Josephs

Lynn George Josephs MS, PT, has worked at Back in Motion since 2003. She values that the company’s philosophy of one hour one on one care enables each patient to receive high quality treatment and achieve effective results. She has been practicing physical therapy for almost twenty years and utilizes her experiences gained from working with out patient orthopedic, women’s health, chronic pain, the athletic training room, in patient neurological rehab, post surgical, and home care. Currently she has focused her continuing education on strain counter strain courses provided by The Jones Institute and manual techniques provided by The Institute of Physical Arts.

Lynn received her undergraduate degree from Brown University and her Masters of Science PT degree from the University of Rhode Island. She remembers writing a homework assignment in 5th grade titled “I Want to be a Physical Therapist When I Grow Up.” She is proud of her father who is a physical therapist and an athletic trainer and her sister who has a private physical therapy practice in Rhode Island.

Lynn and her husband Chris enjoy hiking and skiing and watching their two teens, Jake and Isabel, play sports. The Josephs family loves to visit their large extended family in Cape Cod.
