Caryn Grogan
Caryn earned her undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine at Old Dominion University in 1993. In 2001, she received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. Her previous physical therapy experience includes working with the geriatric population in a skilled nursing facility as well as experience in several acute care facilities in Northern Virginia.
Caryn has volunteered her time professionally at the Kennedy Center, performing rehabilitation to the Joffrey Ballet Company and at the Arlington Free Clinic to offer physical therapy services to residents who were unable to afford healthcare. Currently, she enjoys working in the orthopedic setting where she treats patients of all ages including students and adults with various sports-related injuries, post-surgical cases, as well as patients with neck and low back pain.
In her free time, Caryn enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and their 3 children. She also takes pleasure in playing tennis, running, reading and going to the kids’ sporting events.
